The evening of Startup Weekend San Francisco, co-founder Andy and I sent in our application for a summer grant to Lightspeed Venture Partners. We first heard about the grant from other Berkeley students who got it last summer, and they were giving out sushi at an informational event while talking about how incredible their experience at Lightspeed was. We then had to apply, no matter how small the chances of getting it were. Since then, Indinero has been awarded $35,000 for being a Lightspeed summer grant winner. And we've been busy building our product ever since. This is only the start of what's yet to come, and we're excited about giving out our first accounts next week.
